Frozen raspberries are a staple in our house. My kids will eat them straight from the freezer to cool off after playing outside, or we add them into smoothies for lunch. Try out one of our favorite smoothie recipes.
2 C frozen raspberries (any color!)
1/2 C orange juice
1/2 C coconut milk
1 C frozen pineapple
1 tsp vanilla
1 TBS unsweetened coconut (for garnish)
Blend first 5 ingredients in your blender, adding more to suit your tastebuds. Pour into four cups and top with unsweetened coconut. Enjoy your fresh frozen raspberry Piña Colada smooth!
